Agreement These terms and conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Moss Men Roof Cleaning London ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the customer"). By booking our services, you agree to these terms. ## 2. Estimates & Pricing All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment. Any additional costs will be agreed with you before work proceeds. ## 3. Booking & Scheduling Service dates are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote. We will make every effort to attend on the scheduled date. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule and will notify you as soon as possible. ## 4. Access & Preparation You must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. This includes clearing vehicles from driveways where applicable, securing pets, and informing us of any known hazards. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access. ## 5. Service Delivery All work is carried out by trained Moss Men operatives. We use professional-grade equipment and HSE-approved products. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during service delivery. Any pre-existing damage identified will be documented and reported to you before work begins. ## 6. Liability & Insurance We carry £5 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during service delivery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by third parties, or damage resulting from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations. ## 10.
