These terms and conditions govern the provision of cleaning services by Moss Men Roof Cleaning London ("we", "us", "our") to you ("the customer"). By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
All estimates are provided free of charge and without obligation. Prices quoted are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Final pricing may vary if the scope of work differs from the initial assessment. Any additional costs will be agreed with you before work proceeds.
Service dates are confirmed upon acceptance of a quote. We will make every effort to attend on the scheduled date. In cases of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule and will notify you as soon as possible.
You must ensure we have safe and reasonable access to the areas requiring service. This includes clearing vehicles from driveways where applicable, securing pets, and informing us of any known hazards. We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of access.
All work is carried out by trained Moss Men operatives. We use professional-grade equipment and HSE-approved products. We will take reasonable care to protect your property during service delivery. Any pre-existing damage identified will be documented and reported to you before work begins.
Roof cleaning treatments are designed to provide long-lasting protection against moss regrowth. Results depend on environmental conditions, tile type and surrounding tree cover. Any concerns should be reported to us in writing.
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer, cash, and major debit/credit cards. Late payments may incur reasonable interest charges.
You may cancel a booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the quoted price to cover scheduling costs.
We carry £5 million public liability insurance. Our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence during service delivery. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by third parties, or damage resulting from failure to follow our maintenance recommendations.
If you are not satisfied with our work, please contact us within 14 days of service completion. We will inspect the work and, where appropriate, carry out remedial action at no additional cost. Contact us at mossmenlondon@gmail.com or 0800 654 6701.
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
